Who we are

School of Theology is a theological training programme run as a partnership of churches, based in Manchester and the High Peak. Our website address is: schooloftheology.co.uk. You can contact us about privacy matters at tom@ccm.org.uk.

What data we collect and why

Event sign-up

When you sign up for sessions via ChurchSuite, we collect your name, email address, and church details. This data is used to manage your place at sessions and to keep you informed about the programme. ChurchSuite is operated on our behalf by Christ Church Manchester.

Contact enquiries

If you contact us directly by email, we retain your name and email address for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data about pages visited and time spent on site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Third party services

We use the following third party services which may process your data:

• ChurchSuite — event registration and participant management
• Google Analytics — website analytics
• SiteGround — website hosting (servers based in the EU)

How long we retain your data

Sign-up data held in ChurchSuite is retained for as long as necessary to administer the programme. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
